We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 30 rockstars with plans to expand more in 2024. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs.
We're YC-backed and well funded (Series A 2023, $17M Raised to date) with several years runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in the past year. We're looking for a sales team leader who is eager to work with SMBs in a fast paced, high volume environment and scale a high performing sales team.

\n- Own all aspects of revenue generation with aggressive growth targets towards 8 figures of ARR
- Focus on driving engagement and expanding our rapidly growing customer base growing of thousands of home service SMBs
- Plan and lead recruiting for team expansion from our existing team
- Exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation
- Meet with with our existing Pro customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that contribute to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line
- Build, develop, and inspire an organization of hard-working team members and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven sales processes
- Develop, test, implement and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data backed decisions
- 8 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (required to have SMB sales)
- 4 years in SMB sales management
- Demonstrated experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams of 10 Account Executives
- Comfort on getting into the trenches with the team - reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Technical proficiency and experience with managing full sales tech stack (e.g., Orum, Salesloft, Hubspot, etc.)
- Someone eager to learn and grow in sales!

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
