Job Description | The ServiceNow Platform Architect will support the team with hands-on experience in Architecting, Solutioning, Leading, Code Reviews, Strategy, Roadmap. Responsibilities • Maintain sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture • Liaison with business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards • Present and evangelize the solution to architecture guilds and management • Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation/development plan for new features/applications/solutions by developing epics and stories • Participate in Agile ceremonies by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and all applicable stakeholders • Evangelize the developed solution to team members and work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashion • Motivating developers, testers and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments • Delegating tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved • Performs Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state • Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns • Active participation in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases • Develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews. Competencies/Skill-Sets required • Experience in Design and configuration of the FedRAMP ServiceNow instance is a must have requirements. • Experience in design and implementation of domain separation; · • Experience in integrations , Ebonding and data design. • Experience in Configuration of ServiceNow TSM ( ITSM CSM). • Experience in Service Assurance Workflows (TSOM), Configuration of the Out of the Box Service Assurance Workflows (SDWAN) Is a must for this profile; • Experience in the CSM applications along with ITSM, and ITOM Applications, Specific in Event Management; • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; • Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions • A strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints. • Experience in the agile management framework • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills • Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform.
