What you’ll do:
Responsible for providing program management and task coordination between assigned departments, projects, and stakeholders across Torc. Ability to understand and articulate requirements and priorities, create dashboards or metrics, map and track dependencies, identify and drive process improvements, field questions, alleviate blockers, and manage risks and mitigations to drive program efficiency.
- Help articulate/translate requirements and facilitate prioritization discussions to help departments and stakeholders meet the highest priority business needs.
- Drive the creation of dashboards or metrics for communicating status and issues across the organization.
- Identify, determine, and lead discussions when issues need to be analyzed or triaged. Support planning with potential customers or partners to facilitate program management and develop contingency plans for pain points.
- Develop, create reports and presentations, agendas, and communicate plans and strategies to facilitate conversations and make effective utilization of meeting times and events.
- Independent preparation and post-processing of meetings and workshops including organization, moderation and documentation as well as follow-up and archiving
What you’ll need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Engineering, or other related field of study.
- 4 years of progressive professional experience in project management and team building.
- Strong computer (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI) and analytical skills. Demonstrated knowledge of Agile or other project management system.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build trust and strong working relationships, effectively create and proofread documents and reports, and communicate to a diverse workforce.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to plan, develop, coordinate resources, prioritize effectively, and maintain competing demands simultaneously with frequent interruptions and in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to travel
