Job Description:
This is an advanced social marketing position that requires social media marketing management, Content Creating and Advertising (Photo and Video), Influencer Management, Email Marketing, Tiktok, Instagram / Facebook, YouTube, etc.
This position is responsible for achieving company branding goals by bringing sufficient qualified social media traffic from followers and engagement increase through social marketing campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram / Facebook, Youtube and other mainstream social media.
Responsibilities:
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's values and objectives
- Continuously evaluate and adapt the strategy to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape
- Manage and inspire a team of social media and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to ensure the highest quality of work
- Manage and optimize our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly Social Media Marketing Reports to the company to indicate completed tasks, follower, engagement and traffic data, brand and marketing status, trends, demands, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior-level social media and content role, with a focus on TikTok
- Proven experience in video and photo content creation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising, and digital marketing trends
- Creative and good communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note: graphics and video design experience is not required but is considered a plus)
- A passion for marketing, social media, social media advertising
