What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep position at Torchy's Tacos?

Prep Team Member. The Prep Team is the heartbeat of our scratch kitchen. These are the folks who make sure we're using the freshest produce and the best meats. Every day they work tirelessly to ensure product is prepared safely, consistently, and it looks DAMN GOOD.

QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:
- Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system if placed in a Cashier position
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant’s needs
- Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
