Summary:

The Maintenance Technician actively searches, creatively designs, and effectively implements strategies to maintain, enhance, and sustain our community initiatives. Through demonstrated knowledge and experience with electrical, plumbing, landscaping, general repair, painting, safety processes, and keen business acumen, the Maintenance Technician enhances the infrastructure of our communities, establishes strong relationships with vendors and contractors, and seeks out opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Key Qualifications:

• Able to handle multiple projects, manage timeline and resources, and communicate effectively. 
• Ability to create and follow project guidelines, budgets, timelines, and produce expected outcomes;

• Ability to prioritize and identify areas outside the area of expertise and know resources to still meet expectations (including quality, budget, and timeliness);
• General maintenance including basic upkeep and repairs;
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly required work orders.

Experience & Education:

Our ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience with infrastructure and multi-family communities and must have the ability to analyze projects, ensure high quality standards, and partner with contractors and vendors. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills. 

Certifications from OSHA, EPA, and other industry related skills are preferred.
