Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various types of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose aircraft systems, components, and engines to determine necessary repairs and modifications
- Repair and replace defective parts using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment
- Perform complex repairs, installations, and modifications on airframes, engines, and systems
- Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry advancements and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and engines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Salary Range: $25-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
