We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled LPN/RN Nurse to join our healthcare team on a 4-6 week contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring patients' vital signs, and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care possible. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and monitoring patients' vital signs
- Assessing patient conditions and reporting any changes to the physician
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create care plans for patients
- Educating patients and their families on their health conditions and treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhering to all healthcare regulations and protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Active LPN/RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with strong IV skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
