The Branch manager acts as liaison between the Owners/Officers, the staff and the community. Responsible for the daily operations and quality of the personal. Maintain a leadership role for the planning and achievement of objectives that are consistent with the company, business, and financial goals.
Professional Credentials
- Education: College degree or equivalent acceptable
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a management and customer service capacity
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sets office hours and sets coordinators schedules
- If there is a gap in the office schedule, the manger will have to pick up (including on call).
- Responsible for the physical appearance of the office
- Will be required to learn and know the job functions of the staffing coordinators.
- Will be required to assist in staffing
- Responsible for the professional image of the office
- Follow guidelines for hiring -- vacations days, sick day, personal days
- Hire, train and evaluate the performance of the coordinators
- Responsible for training the whole office in marketing clients and nurses
- Verify credit and insurance information -- private duty
- Responsible for the overall success of the company -- growth
- Responsible for hardware and software
- Responsible for the marketing direction of the company
- Responsible for setting up goals and objectives that can be met by employees -- bonus programs
- Responsible for applications and that all QA (quality assurance) is done for each new hire
- Making sure new hire apply for the WOTC program.
Additional Responsibilities
- Responsible for following state and federal employment regulations, OSHA- employment criteria, equal opportunity employment
- Responsible for bringing in NEW business.
- Will be required to come up with a marketing plan of action
- Must make 50 plus sales calls a day. marketing objectives
- Will be required to set recruitment expectations for the office.
- Set Goals for the office.
- Responsible for file retention
- Getting timesheets in on time.
- Review client contracts. Negotiate contracts and rates.
- Solve and resolve all problems in scheduling and billing
- Marketing -- cold calls, present business, old business-service calls
- Maintain files on all clients
- Maintain files on all nurses
- Handle complaints tactfully; documentation of incident reports
- Will be required to know the job functions of a Staffing Coordinator.
- Responsible for following the guidelines of the Policy and Procedure Manual
Supervision
Branch Manager reports to Regional Manager and President.

The Branch Manager Job performance is evaluated by the president

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
