Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content, website, email campaigns, public relations, social events, promotions, and client communications
- Implement marketing strategy for various internal departments such as sales, human resources, and recruiting
- Provide marketing support for real estate and mortgage professionals
- Work together with marketing team and managers on projects and strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments such as recruiting and executive departments
- Collect, organize, and interpret marketing data
- Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and consumer touch points
- Conduct market analysis, such as researching target markets, competitors, legal, and finance
- Manage CRM dashboards to ensure accurate reporting to interpret and strategize results with executive and sales departments
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulations
- Work within established regulations and adhere to law requirements at all times
- Additional tasks may be required that are not mentioned above
Qualifications
- 3 years of marketing experience required
- Marketing experience within mortgage, real estate, finance, or banking industry preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, and industry standards and practices
- Proven track record, knowledge, and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to track trends and KPIs
- Experience with marketing software (such as: Adobe, Tableau, or other)
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
