What are the responsibilities and job description for the Total Seal Accounting Clerk position at Total Seal?
Total Seal is looking to grow the accounting team with someone ready to learn and grow with us! Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- accounts receivable
- call customers to collect money
- send invoices when customers request them
- send monthly statements
- month end close
- assisting with the human resources function
- helping employees with 401(k) questions
- posting open positions online
- setting up interviews with candidates and respective hiring managers
- providing onboarding materials for new hires
