WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
TSTC is seeking a number of full-time Analysts with a focus on government or industry standards, processes and procedures in support of a government client.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a professional with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the federal government environment and you have good analytical skills.

A self-starter, able to effectively work with senior level stakeholders, our partners and project team members.
A detail-oriented person who enjoys a challenge, can effectively set priorities, and can multi-task.

Driven to seek out and remain informed in all aspects of applicable government and industry standards, processes, and procedures.
Capable of meeting quick turnaround timelines and has a strong sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, identifying and helping our client comply their requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will be providing strategic analysis, assisting with reports that will be briefed up to the highest levels within the client organization, and assisting with defining and implementing organizational change and transformation.
You will be part of a team that is highly motivated to provide the best support to the client – making our client successful which results in making TSTC successful.
Implement your tools, methods, and lessons that you learned in your career.
You will offer your advice and thought leadership to help TSTC continually improve.
And throughout your career with TSTC you will perform other related tasks as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with government or industry standards, processes and procedures that support analysis as relative to the requirement
BA or BS from an accredited college or University with a degree in Engineering or Business.
Understanding of Federal Government contracting in the professional support services industry.
Commitment to providing the best service and solutions possible to meet client's mission needs.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and MS Project and MS Visio.
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion to meet client deadlines.
This is for multiple positions in Washington, DC and in Norfolk, VA. You may have to travel to the other site occasionally
