Routine Responsibilities Will Require You To: 

  1. Assist with payroll processing and data entry to ensure accurate and timely payments  
  2. Assist clients and employees with TimeCo timekeeping portal.  
  3. Assists employees with accessing Employee Self Service Portal.  
  4. Assist Clients with onboarding and maintaining employee data.  
  5. Prepares Client reports as needed   
  6. Verify Form I-9 is in compliance  
  7. Processing garnishments 
  8. Answering questions and responding to requests from clients and employees 

 

The Background That Fits: 

  1. 3-5 years of experience in processing multi-state payrolls for multiple clients/employees on multiple pay schedules.  
  2. PrismHR or HR Pyramid experience is highly preferred 
  3. APA Certification is a plus
