What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Representative position at TotalMed Medfi?
This is a temporary position, scheduled to go 1 year.
Responsibilities: Assist with completing registration for patients who have scheduled appointments, point of service collection, assist wit patients as needed. Complete full registrations, ensure information gathered is accurate, assist with working work queues, meeting department goals, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Customer service experience, computer and typing skills, healthcare background
Hours are 7am-3:30pm
