Requirements:
- 2 years of recent home health experience as an RN (Registered Nurse)
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Proficient with Epic
- Experience with OASIS documentation
Job Description:
- Perform home health RN (Registered Nurse) duties in patients homes
- Tablet or laptop will be provided to Registered Nurse
- Pay package will be all inclusive
- Servicing the 5 county area, averaging up to 50 miles per day
- Must use your own vehicle
