You. The ideal candidate is smart and collaborative. Your role will include fact-finding, analyzing information to identify themes, working as a team to build creative and practical solutions for our clients, and translating our work into compelling work products.
Opportunity. We are looking for managers that bring a variety of skillsets and knowledge to the team. We welcome applicants with experience in consulting, change management, organizational design, process improvement, DEIA, communications, and organizational assessments.
On a day-to-day basis some of your tasks will include:
Leading Project Teams
Designing and Conducting Interviews
Analyzing and Reporting Data
Summarizing Findings
Building Solutions and Strategy, such as Organizational Structures, Processes, and People-Oriented Programs
Planning Projects
Developing Presentations
Developing Communication and Change Management Strategies
Leading Client Meetings
Participating in Business Development and Proposal Writing
Reviewing Work Products of Junior Staff for Completeness and Adherence
Requirements Include:
7 years of experience preferably in Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, Process Improvement, Project Management/Analytics, and/or DEIA
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
A problem solver and analytical thinker
Has conducted research, data gathering and the development of actionable insights
Experience with client relationships and project management, including workplans, schedules, status reports, risk management, budgets, and managing contracts
An executive presence
A curious and inquisitive mind
