Dining Room Manager

GENEROUS PAY AND BENEFITS! based on experience As a Dining Room Manager, you will have the opportunity to enrich lives each day by leading and working alongside a team of dining room servers to provide a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests.     Successful candidates will be a self-starter, have great communication and training skills, and have a true passion for hospitality. Experience in fine fining is a plus.  This position is full-time evenings and weekends, and will require someone with the ability to work holidays as needed. Working with a team of like-minded food enthusiasts, you will take part in ensuring that every resident’s dining experience is exceptional.  Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to, training and coaching staff to ensure quality service, scheduling and overseeing cleaning of dining rooms between all meals.   The ideal candidate for this position will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Be committed to providing a high quality dining experience and quality service Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education desired; Possess a Valid food handler certification as required by Arizona; Possess a Title 4 Basic Liquor Law Training Certification; Have experience in resort style dining; Supervisory experience in a strong customer service role; Be willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed; Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time Be able to read, write, and speak English Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
