Touchmark at Coffee Creek is a leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities, while also maintaining over 95% occupancy. We are currently seeking the right person to join our hospitality-focused team as a Janitor- Floor Tech.

Monday – Friday
8:00am – 3:00pm
As a Janitor – Floor Tech, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring that our community’s common areas are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant spaces for residents and guests to enjoy. This is not your standard Janitor position – at Touchmark, you have the daily opportunity to build long-term relationships with the wonderful people who call this community “home!”
The ideal candidate will:
Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
Must be able to get along with pets as we are a pet friendly community
Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
Be able to read, write, and speak English
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Have a keen attention to detail
