Implementation Lead
Efficient implementation of new contracts is foundational to the sustainable growth of our business. Each new implementation with a senior living community supports the development of the Touchtown platform.
As an Implementation Lead, you play a pivotal role in the customer onboarding process as a member of the Customer Success team. We are looking for a detail-oriented technical professional to work in tandem with Support and Professional Services in order to fulfill customers’ orders.

- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Preferred candidate will reside in Pittsburgh, PA but will consider remote candidates (Touchtown is currently working from home due to Covid-19)
How will I be contributing to the team?
- Create and engage users through training webinars and live sessions
- Manage relationships with users including corporate project managers, community admins and residents
- Respond effectively and efficiently to customer issues via phone, email and live chat
- Work collaboratively across other functional areas to provide outstanding project support throughout a customer’s initial implementation
- Continually evaluate processes, both internal and external, and recommend possible improvements that will allow us to continue to efficiently grow
- Input and track progress, tasks and activity in Salesforce
