Are you passionate about making perfect bread and pastries? Do you enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment and have an eye for detail? Do you prefer waking up early to work instead of working a late shift? If so, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a full-time or part-time production pastry chef to join our growing team. This person will possess a strong work ethic, be well-organized and positive.
Key qualifications:
- Strive in fast-paced production environment and work efficiently to meet the production deadlines.
- Highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation and safety.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Show respects for the equipment and facilities by adhering to cleaning and operations guideline.
- Being able to lift up to 60 lbs and be physically active - you're constantly on your feet and moving through the kitchen.
- Professional baking experience highly preferred, but not required
- Open availability to work, including weekends and holidays.
