About the Job
The Growth team is responsible for leading the growth of the organization. We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to help accelerate Tovala’s already break-neck growth and drive the strategic direction of affiliate marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition.
This role will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving relationships with media publishers, influencers, and other affiliate partners. An ideal candidate will come in with strong relationships already established to help fast track new partner onboarding opportunities.
You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across paid media, PR, brand, design and datato drive key initiatives and deliver results. You will be operating at both a strategic and executional level. For example, at any given time, you may be collaborating with our PR team to pitch Tovala’s inclusion in an article, identifying influencers to join our program, and determining new campaign incentives to drive more adoption and higher engagement with our affiliate program.
