Reports To:
Senior Branch Foreman
Status: Full-time Non-Exempt
Position Purpose:
Position adheres to TPS’s mission statement, the Branch Laborer’s responsibility is to perform tasks that involve manual labor.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building maintenance, cleaning, painting, and general repairs.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Transport equipment.
- Equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Plowing.
- Customer property repairs.
- Repair, condition, and maintenance logs.
- Must adhere to all OSHA and Tovar safety standards.
Education, Requirements and/or Professional Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Operate forklift, ATV, Plow truck, Skid steer, and Loaders
- Must have a cell phone that can download timekeeping application
Physical Requirements:
- Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, grasp, carry, push and pull
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
- Must have steel-toed boots with non-slip soles.
