TOWA, a Japanese Kaiseki-inspired restaurant is seeking a "server" who shares our desire to develop genuine connections with our guests, making them feel welcome, relaxed, and at home!
Requirement and Skills
- Demonstrate a passion for detail and a willingness to learn.
- Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section and taking customers’ food and drink orders
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
- Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
- Understanding hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Japanese culture and experience are a significant plus.
