Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Compensation and Benefits :
- 100% of Tips paid out to employees
- Starting at $18 / hour plus tips plus incentives
- Weekly Pay
- Paid Overtime
- Eligible to participate in a Health Insurance program
- Paid Sick Days
- Paid Training
- Flexible Full Time and Part Time shifts available
- Flexible Full Time evening shifts including 4 weekdays and one weekend day and
- Part Time am / pm (2-4 days / week between Friday and Monday) shifts available
- All shifts are 8 hours
- Earn $200 referral bonuses when people you recommend are hired by Tower Mobility.
Note : this is a Department of Transportation job that meets Federal Guidelines. Any use of Marijuana and similar drugs will not be tolerated.
Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Duties :
- Drive our brand-new Tesla Y; we provide vehicle maintenance, electricity, phone, insurance, etc.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Use mobile device for routing information to pick passenger up and drive to specific destination.
Electric Vehicle Fleet Driver Requirements :
- Must be able to pass preemployment and well as random drug testing throughout employment, including marijuana.
- Must be at least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ride-share experience preferred
