Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
