Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead our team in providing impeccable customer service, sales and leasing. This manager will oversee two communities in Sylvania, Ohio.

This challenging opportunity includes:
- Directing the operational activities of the residential apartment community in order to maximize the financial return for the owners and for the benefit of the communities
- Directing the day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety and security
- Obtaining bids as needed and overseeing the purchase of supplies and equipment
Requirements:
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- 2 years' experience as a multifamily manager
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, social media for business use, and ability to learn and use Yardi software
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Drug and background check
Other helpful skills and competencies:
- CAM® or CAPS® designation
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
