Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and coordinates local monthly Executive Committee Board meetings, assists in preparation of board presentations and minutes.
- Administratively support market president in the fulfillment and execution of various non-profit sponsorships, public relations and marketing events.
- Coordinates and facilitates routine maintenance on second floor Newtown building, orders supplies and marketing materials. Coordinates use of 2nd floor board room as a community asset.
- Provide relief support to first floor receptionist while out on vacation of a week or more.
- Provide administrative support to Private Banker and Commercial Banker as it relates to routine member maintenance, past dues, birthday greetings, and occasional new account openings.
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Physically you can anticipate to:

- Exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
