Gabus Automotive Group is seeking a full time Human Resource Director.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment support, benefits, new hire onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. Additionally, you will build relationships and establish trust with our management staff and fellow employees to assist in all human resource related needs.
Pay: Salary dependent on level of prior experience
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Director will assist in recruitment, new hire procedures and onboarding, benefits, policy and procedure adherence, and employee concerns. This individual will also manage performance reviews, progressive discipline, compensation, employee records, employment law compliance and benefits delivery. Monitors compliance to all state and federal labor laws.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience preference: 4 years of experience in the field of human resources including management of human resources personnel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees benefits programs. Works with benefits broker to ensure affordable and quality offerings. Administers benefits programs. Assists managers and employees with benefits education.
- Regularly consults with management ensuring company policies and expectations are met.
- Conducts workplace investigations in cooperation with leaders to determine appropriate responses to employee-related incidents
- Performs other duties as assigned.
