SUMMARY Supporting the Corporate Planning team in the management of key TAI initiatives such as the Carbon Neutral Initiative, GHG Reduction goals, Investment Strategy Meetings, Mid Term plan organization, KPI and Target setting, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties Help planning and directing TAI’s strategic and long-range goals Conducting organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses Evaluate operational effectiveness, making recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and internal business process improvement. Project management of various initiatives and various administrative tasks such as data gathering, minutes taking and frequent reports updates. Results oriented with the ability to establish appropriate priorities. Requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment Project Management - Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
