Who we're looking for

Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Operations Manager.




The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, supervise and develop 4 direct reports and manage all aspects of Human Resource Operations at TMMI.




Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Human Resource department's objective to support the overall success of the company.




What you'll be doing
  • Manage marketing the company to the team members- develop marketing campaign sharing key contributions of the company and instilling pride
  • Manage internal communication (all platforms and equipment)
  • Special events planning and coordination
  • Manage team member recognition program
  • Manage compensation and benefits
  • Lead the HR operations team
  • Partner with the Team Member Relations teams (both shifts)
  • Develop company level annual marketing plans
  • Manage budget for HR operations

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • Marketing experience
  • Communications experience
  • Leadership/management experience



Added bonus if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing or related field
  • Advanced marketing experience
  • Advanced communications experience
  • Toyota experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading event planning/coordination
  • Experience reviewing/editing written communications
  • Experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience creating and managing a budget
