DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating and scheduling hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions and inspections.
- Draft’s Notice of Hearings, Subpoenas and Notice of Taking Depositions.
- E-Filing and E-Service
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Constant communication with OC’s, JA’s, LC’s, court reporters and clients
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- 1-2 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm setting.
- Complete knowledge of the court system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
· Commitment to excellence and high standards.
· Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is a must.
· Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
· Must have superior organizational skills.
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
priorities with enthusiasm.
· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand Spanish
· Professional appearance and demeanor
