What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Hand position at TPG Marinas?

 
 

We are looking for Dockhands!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Safely tie up boats arriving in marina
  2. Insure cleanliness and safety of the docks, this includes removing garbage and fixing routine maintenance problems.
  3. Perform hourly dock checks to insure proper registration of vessels in the marina
  4. Help guests with departure after check out
  5. Secure floating dock area against unauthorized access during his/her shift
  6. Perform septic tank pumpouts
  7. Perform any other duties as required
  8. Reports to the Assistant Dock master

Our Dockhands work at both Mill Wharf Marina & Scituate Harbor Marina located in Scituate Harbor.
