Summary The Account Executive serves as a liaison between the client and the internal team by supporting client contact/communication, ensuring flawless execution of project work and owning delegated projects. The Account Executive also manages account finances, manages client and creative team expectations, and maintains knowledge of industry trends.
Core Accountabilities
Provides direction to creative and production via standard forms (job starts, change orders, SOW and mechanical orders)
Assists and at times leads in development, management and execution of client programs including, but not limited to, the following activities:
Detailed preparation of status reports including managing timelines and budgets
Timeline and budget development/maintenance
Vendor meetings and management
On-time delivery of materials and meeting in-store dates
Managing billing for projects
Preparation of and leading brainstorms
Understands available and appropriate tools and tactics to reach target
Understands technical aspects and techniques related to creative, digital and production
Plays an active role in developing, fostering and maintaining client relationships
Maintains daily status report for all projects team is working on and works with AS on updating client team on projects
Participates and at times leads efforts for presentation development and client presentations
Leads financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices) on specific projects
Leads post-program analytics for all programs executed by team
Maintains basic knowledge of client’s business – product knowledge, branding, pricing, product offers, sales volume, key costs of sale, business economics, marketing channels
Builds industry and client awareness to keep team and TPN up to date on market changes, client competitors, etc.
Maintains a foundational understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing and retail tactics as it relates to promotions and shopper marketing

Salary
The expected salary for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000, may vary dependent on geographic location and experience.
Requirements
Years of Experience: 1-3 years in an agency environment
Education: Four-Year Degree (preferred but not required)
