Relationship Advisor - Personal Banker
The primary responsibility of the Personal Banker role is to ensure the delivery of an amazing Member experience to our Members, both internally and externally, through the organization's sales and service model, either by electronic, phone, or in-person communication, as this position will be able to work in any of the organization's Retail Delivery locations. This Personal Banker will work with Members and Team Members, directly and indirectly, to engage and connect, evaluate to identify needs, educate on solutions, and enrich the lives of our Members through outstanding service delivery.
Experience
- 1 year cash handling required
- 1 year of Sales and/or Advising required
- 1 year of customer service/hospitality industry or financial institution experience required.
- Demonstrated ability in lieu of experience will be considered for internal candidates
Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven customer/member service skills
- Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills or demonstrated ability
- Ability to work with all departments, personality types, and skill levels effectively
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude

Other Skills
- Well-organized, good mathematical ability, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Required to work at any credit union location that may include extended hours, holidays, or Saturdays.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel), as well as advanced keyboarding skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.57 - $18.00 per hour
