Our Facilities Maintenance Team is responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance for our headquarters here in Cincinnati. As a Maintenance Technician with TQL, you will help spearhead all the headquarter office needs, including maintenance, set-up, tear-down, and installations. What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the maintenance for multiple offices, including electrical, plumbing, workstations, office furniture, carpentry and painting
- Help oversee vendors and contractors when needed
- Identify and recommend office and facility repairs
- Transporting equipment between offices
- Assist the IT department in installation and tear down of IT systems
What you need:
- 1 years of working in commercial, residential and/or industrial environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Working knowledge of using hand and power tools
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
- Excellent communication skills
