Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including building and loading/unloading shipments, utilizing warehouse management systems, and ensuring efficient materials handling. Responsibilities: - Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory and process orders - Operate RF scanners and AS400 systems to locate and retrieve products - Build pallets and load/unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as reach trucks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors - Assist in picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment - Perform general materials handling tasks as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse setting preferred - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners - Proficiency in operating AS400 systems is a plus - Ability to operate reach trucks or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
