What are the responsibilities and job description for the QBHP/BCaBA position at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center?
T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a result-driven QBHP, BCaBA, or BCBA to join our T.R.A.C. family. The candidates must be able to collaborate as a team and to be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together.
We are seeking the possibility of splitting schedules and sharing caseloads from 8 am-3 pm and 4-9 pm as well as possible telehealth including on the weekends.

- The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
- All must be able to work collaboratively, discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
- All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting it.
- Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
- Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals.
- Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments, writing and implementing programs and targets.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R).
QBHP Regulations:
- Must have obtained a Master's Degree in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or have obtained the coursework to be able to practice as a QBHP per the requirements.
- Must have a passion to prepare technicians to run their sessions based on the authorizations which are medically necessary in order for the technicians, together with the clients to better reach their goals.
BCaBA Requirements:
- Must show proof of verified experience hours, certifications, or transcripts per the BCBA.
