We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to organize and manage multiple store locations. You will be held responsible for the overall success of your area by developing business plans with the regional manager, setting goals, managing store managers, and monitoring sales.

What you’ll do:
· Self-aware leader with proven experience managing a team of ten or more employees
· Develop effective business development strategies to ensure long-term success
· Train, supervise, and coach Store Managers on store operations and effective sales techniques
· Performance management including coaching, setting expectations, writing, and delivering performance reviews, managing disciplinary actions, conducting investigations, and holding teammates accountable for results
· Clear communicator of ideas, concepts, and initiatives including the ability to take data and translate into action
· Organize meetings, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews with all store managers
· Conduct weekly visits to each site
· Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammates
· Manage budget for labor cost, chemicals, repairs, and other expenses
· Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing all performance
· Conduct and document store visits cadence which includes tracking action items and communicating follow-up expectations to the Store Managers in your area
· Ensure acceptable speed, convenience, and customer satisfaction at each location
What you’ll need
· Multi-unit management experience (Preferred)
· Reliable Transportation
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to travel within district (Travel 75% of time)
· Experience with Microsoft suite – teams, excel, ppt
