Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated financial manager to monitor, process and analyze the financial operations of all divisions and promote financial growth and continual profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable/receivable including weekly payroll, invoice statements, vendor payments etc.
- Monitoring staff turn-in reports and commissions, checking of discounts and house charges for accuracy, reporting variances
- Managing all bank deposits, petty cash accounts, credit card accounts, and lines of credit
- Maintaining general ledger through proper recordkeeping of AP transactions to subsidiary accounts
- Balancing and reconciliation of general ledger entries
- Maintaining historical records by filing documents
- Preparing analyses of accounts such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and producing monthly reports
- Assisting in employee recordkeeping; ensuring all termination, rate changes and new hire paperwork are up to date and complete
- Ensuring legal compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and advising management on needed actions
Requirements and Skills
- 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks (or other financial software)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (strongly preferred)
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA (preferred but not required)
- Ability to implement necessary accounting processes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
