Billing Specialist

As a Billing Specialist you’re responsible for processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner,  handling all special billing requirements, ensuring customers are billed correctly based on contract terms and conditions and maintaining the general integrity of customer data across company systems.

What You’ll Do: 

• Process account setups, changes, cancellations, etc. for the assigned workload

• Ensure contracts and approval process standards are being met including rate and terms

• Communicate with and provide guidance to the sales teams to correctly process their opportunities and agreements

• Collaborate with finance and sales to maintain accounts receivables and ensure sales orders and invoices are processed prior to month end

What We’re Looking For: 

• 1   years of experience in billing or in a related role

• Proficient with computer software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite and Salesforce

Bonus Points: 

• Associate's Degree in a related field

• Knowledge of the commercial truck, heavy equipment and recreation industries
