Job Description :
- Install exterior and interior trim and casing.
- Experience laying out and assembling metal or wooden studs. Hanging and finishing drywall.
- Installing suspended ceilings, roofs, floors to specifications of the project.
- General maintenance including inspection and repair work including not limited to (woodwork, ceiling grid, tile, flooring, exterior siding, sofit, facia, wall coverings, window, and door) for renovations.
- other carpentry duties as required.
Must Haves :
- Commercial and residential carpentry experience
- Able to read blueprints and schematics.
- Able to work with other carpenters on the jobsite and effectively communicate to complete assignments.
- General carpentry hand tools and knowledge of power tools associated with the trade.
- Ability to cut, measure, fit material as needed. Skilled with using levels, squares, and measurements to ensure accuracy.
- Valid driver's license with transportation.
