The Account Executive develops and implements agreed upon sales strategy to achieve territory admission goals. Works with the other sales individuals and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years’ experience of healthcare sales preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid and current auto insurance.
Travel: As needed.

Essential Functions:
- Achieves territory admission goals
- Makes sufficient number of sales calls to meet with 8-10 decision makers per day
- Demonstrates the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary for the Account Executive to effectively present the home health agency's value
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with referral sources
- Demonstrates effective presentation skills
- Assists with development and implementation of quarterly Strategic Business Plans
- Has a working knowledge of community resources/vendors. Develops networking relationships in the community.
- Maintains a professional attitude and works well with others
- Identifies and appropriately resolves referral source concerns
- Maintains accurate expense reports, weekly territory reports and account profile sheets. Reports are submitted on a timely basis.
- Attends weekly sales calls/meetings
