Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Trainer's Club in Lake Oswego has 1 part-time shift available for a Front Desk and Customer Service Representative. Dependability and friendliness are key attributes to the successful candidate along with taking initiative and a desire to keep things clean and organized.

This position does require a female due to the frequent cleaning and tidying in the women's locker room.

We are looking for a candidate who can meet the needs of members and enjoys meeting new people. If you have a knack for customer service and experience in the fitness industry, we'd like to meet you.

Trainer's Club is a privately-owned, boutique gym in Lake Oswego that offers gym memberships, group fitness classes, personal training, physical therapy, massage, chiropractic care and a Pilates studio. The community at Trainer's Club is unlike any other. We provide members with high-quality equipment, highly experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers and health care professionals, group class instructors, and a community-focused culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet members and make them feel welcome
• Provide excellent customer service to members
• Answer phones
• Give tours and register new members
• Inform members about services
• Manage massage and class schedule
• Process member purchases
• Keep front desk and lobby area sparkling
• Keep all forms and paperwork stocked and organized
• Women's locker room attendant
• Clean equipment
• Inventory and stocking
• Towel folding

Qualifications

• Associates degree
• Sales experience
• Customer service or related experience
• Strong organizational skills

1 Shift Available:

3 days/week - Fridays 1:00pm-7:00pm, Saturdays: 1:00-7:00pm, Sundays: 8:00am-1:00pm

We also ask that you be available to sub for other employees on occasion.
