What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success data Analyst for Refrigerant Compliance software position at TrakRef INC?
Trakref is a SaaS Software company based in Nashville but for now everyone is remote so you can work from any where. We help our clients become and stay compliant, track their asset's and help save the plant along the way! We are a small team that helps big companies rethink and change their success rates in the compliance world.
The client Success data Analyst role is the most critical role in the company. It is the middle position that controls the customer experience outcome. Rather it is a simple answer or just a hello to see how things are going when using Trakref. You are the voice that interacts with our clients the most. Clients will love using Trakref based on your on-boarding , training and handling of their data. Everyone from Sales to the CEO depends on you to provide the best experience.
Your responsibilities will include,
Customer Support
On-boarding
Training
Bug testing new products
Data entery
Scrubbing Customer data.
Reading Spread sheets of data with HVAC/cooling equipment on it.
Making Power BI reports for clients
Sending and making reports in excel .
What we would like in a new team member.
First important point, Must be an all in person. Believe in your Company and Team.
Must be willing to stay and finish the job so the rest of your team can finish theirs!
Now for the fun part!
Have built Power BI reports.
Pivot table knowledge is a plus!
Must be an excel expert!
Know how to read spread sheets with lot's of data.
Must have 2 or more years in data entry.
Must understand that a deadline is not a suggestion but a real thing.
Be computer and mobile savvy.
Like to talk to clients, even if they call at 7am because they forgot they are a hour ahead of you.
Can work at a fast pace when needed.
Have at least 2 year of customer service and a great attitude .
If you have worked in a software company, that is a plus.
If you have worked somewhere that you learned about HVAC/cooling equipment , you are a unicorn !
Know how to use CRM tools, such as Hubspot . Use ticket support system such as Slack, Basecamp and Trello.

Pay is based on skill level ,starting pay is $50K a year and up.
