What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Service Excellence Leader position at Trane Technologies?
This role is responsible for the consistent delivery of billing procedures and process improvements of each office to ensure improved customer satisfaction, improved employee engagement, and improved business results. This role will also be responsible for the administration of all service projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. This role will work closely with the Area Service Managers and Regional Service Leadership to ensure process improvement and results.
- Works with the Area Service Managers and other service-related leaders and internal sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction is being met by the administrative team.
- Works with Area Service Managers and other service-related leaders for timely completion of assigned projects
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
- Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information as needed
- Collaborate and strategize with Service leaders on the growth of the Service business
- Oversee day to day operations for Project Administrator team
- Monitor team performance and provide effective guidance, coaching to Project Administrators in each office
- Discover and facilitate training on new processes improvements that are rolled out
- Drives Regional LEAN maturity and 5 S Implementation with project administration team
- Monitor workload and collaborate with leaders in the region to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Prioritize the importance of tasks making effective, efficient decisions and delegating tasks to the appropriate team members
- Evaluate team members, and perform annual reviews
- Listen to team members’ feedback and collaborate on resolutions to issues or conflicts
- Prepare written training plans for new hires and handle onboarding tasks
- Responsible for developmental conversations associated with direct team
- Arrange coverage for sick days, vacations, long term leaves
- Develop regional leader standard work
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience leading and managing a team is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, problem solving and change management skills.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude in order to motivate and encourage your team members
- Ability to problem solve and assist team members in developing solutions
- Flexibility to travel within the region, 20% travel with occasional overnight stays (10%)
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office products.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
o Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Salary : $59,600 - $75,400
