Job Description
The Documentation Management Engineer will work with our GovCon client.
Pay Rate: $90k/yr.
Responsibilities:
The Document Management Engineer will work on problems of diverse scope, exercise judgment within defined practice, and select methods/techniques for obtaining results.
DM Engineer will frequently interact with outside customers and peer groups requiring the ability to gain cooperation of others conducting training and technical assistance concerning specific projects and/or schedules.
DM Engineer must be resourceful, articulate, and capable of exercising independent judgment in dynamic and fast-paced operating environments, participate in classified safe audits and other audits as needed, maintain and update CM/DM documentation such as Plans, Help Pages, and Job Aids.
In addition, the DM Engineer will maintain document libraries, perform trusted downloads, schedule, and conduct peer reviews, change management, and deliver to customer, perform trusted downloads, assist with controlling all classified and unclassified media, create and label media for delivery to customer, report status in multiple locations, prepare and review CDRL's for on-time deliveries, participate in Agile Activities, and other miscellaneous activities as needed.
Qualifications:
DM Engineer must have a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in their field and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions; works under general direction, and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; failure to achieve results normally results in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources; frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Advanced degree and 3 years’ experience or bachelors with 5 years’ experience or equivalent
Clearance
Active Secret clearance is required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a combination of training, certifications, and experience
