Lead Product Manager - Platform Experience

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the development of our SaaS platform experience, which will help our B2B clients scale their business and increase visibility to their current and potential customers.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop user-friendly SaaS products that will assist our B2B clients in growing their businesses and being more visible to current and potential customers.
• Lead the creation of a unified client experience and the fundamental components of our SaaS platform.
• Oversee multi-team product projects to produce the best enterprise solutions.
• As you implement the strategy plan on a daily basis, collaborate closely with your team and your customers.
• To scope, create, idea test, and deliver unique solutions, work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Clearly explain how selected solutions connect with company objectives and provide trade-offs between various solutions in a way that fosters trust in your leadership and the significance of products in our organization.
• Develop the strong feature specs, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Monitor and report on product KPIs.

Requirements: 

• 8 years of experience working as a product manager 
• To design and validate a roadmap and specific product plans for your area of responsibility, you make use of market and competitive knowledge, customer research, and other relevant information.
• You have expertise developing SaaS products for B2B
• You've worked together with various teams before to deliver product solutions.
• You have a solid technical knowledge and a love for design and usability.
• You exhibit a capacity to persuade others to think critically about where you want to go, why you want to go there, and how — as a team — you will realize that vision. You have expertise delivering and rolling out complicated products at a large scale.
• BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related areas
• Significant experience working in an Agile environment and managing product lifecycles.
