We are partnering with an international housewares company who is looking to add a Demand Planner to their growing team. This is a fulltime, hybrid position located in NYC. Main responsibilities for the role would be to: * Develop a demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons. * Support the monthly S&OP process; Maintain baseline / statistical forecasts. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results. * Working cross functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing & Finance to understand forecast drivers and to ensure the most current and accurate information is used to create the consensus forecast plan. * Track KPI’s including bias and accuracy. Use these KPI’s to deliver improvements.
