Position: CDL Driver
Location: Texas
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods and over-the-road assignments.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including logs, inspection reports, and delivery documents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other company personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including ensuring cargo is properly secured at all times.
- Weekly pay of 25% of Weekly Gross
- OTR
- Must be willing to drive up to 3000 miles weekly
- Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be subject to a drug test and a DOT physical.
- A minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience. Less than one year could be considered on case basis.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to navigate and follow directions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- Should be ready to start immediately
