We are currently adding a Facilities & Maintenance Manager our growing team!
Position Summary:
The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will assist with all site maintenance across the Pennsylvania market. This person will be responsible for helping assist in the stand-up of new locations and acquisitions. Including but limited to, ensuring all utilities are in the company name and running on the opening day of the clinic site, all computer equipment, and printers/faxes are set up for new sites, furniture delivery, and pick up. This person will coordinate with vendors and follow through with all vendor responsibilities including ensuring all vendor payment and contract agreements are met. This person will be responsible for transporting small equipment from site to site. And may also be required to assist with minor IT set up of new equipment. This role will require consistent communication with each office’s Clinical Director and Site Manager to ensure needs are met across all sites including ensuring snow removal, clean up, cosmetic repairs, equipment updates and repairs, utility communication, and any other site-related maintenance task. This person will need to have reliable transportation.

- Minor facilities upkeep- may include changing light bulbs
- Supply ordering
- Timely delivery of supplies and items needed at site level
- Contract management
- Ability to communicate via text, phone, and email
- Ability to use Teams, Outlook, etc
Requirements for the Facilities & Maintenance Manager
- Active and clean Driving record
- Can use email and text
- Understand basics of IT set up following instructions
- Ability to lift heavy items at times for transporting to the site
- Basic understanding of contracts and vendors
- IT experience preferred by not required
- Facility experience preferred by not required
- Operations experience preferred by not required
